The mattress
If you find the mattress is not right for you, just let us know within the 100-night trial period and email to us to get a shipping address.
Email your return request to vesganttiuk@gmail.com .
As soon as your products have been returned to us, we’ll process your refund.
The free products will not be eligible for a return in exchange for a refund or any other form of compensation.
The other products
If you’re not happy with the bedding, you can email a return request to vesganttiuk@gmail.com. This must be within the trial period of the item.
Smaller products (duvet, linen sheets, cotton sheets, protector) must be returned unused and in the original packaging.
You can return the original pillow and pillow within its 30-day trial, without the original packaging. The microfibre support pillow can only be returned if it is unused.
For smaller products and the pillow, email your return request to vesganttiuk@gmail.com and we’ll send you a prepaid return label. Just print the label, pop it on the box and drop it off at any drop-off location.

Refund information
Your refund will be processed on the original payment method used to place the order, within three days from the notification of the return of your item.
If you used a debit card, you should see the money in your bank account within three working days. This can take a bit longer for credit cards, and you should see the money in your account within seven working days.
Paypal can take up to two working days.
If payment was made using our financing option, the money will typically be refunded within three working days. However, it may take a bit longer.
We do offer a free delivery for the standard service, however if you'll choose to select a delivery slot, the amount for the additional delivery cost would not be refunded.
