Returning a mattress or furniture?

You have 100 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your Vesgantti mattress.Because it can take some time for your body to adjust to better support, we require a minimum trial of 21 days.

Once eligibility for return is confirmed, a specialist will help facilitate the process.

To be eligible for a return, you must still be within your 100-night trial period and have had it for at least 21 days, and the mattress must be clean and undamaged.

You will be refunded the full product price of the mattress less the value of any discount, interest accrued, and/or shipping charges.

  • How do I start a return or exchange?

    If you decide that your vesgantti products aren’t right for you within your trial period, we're happy to help troubleshoot or initiate the return process. please contact us at vesganttiuk@gmail.com. We'll work with you to return the mattress/other product to us or we’ll help you get it donated to a local charity or non-profit organization.We’ll share some donation locations with you, but you’re welcome to donate to any organization you’d like to support. they will collect the mattress from you for free. After your mattress is donated or return to us, you will upload a scanned or photographed copy of your donation receipt using a link we provide. We'll process your refund after receiving the donation receipt. It takes 5-10 business days for your refund to return to your original form of payment.

    Please note: If you purchased from Amazon or Lowe's, their return policy will be different. Items purchased through these third-party companies will need to be returned directly to them by their preferred return methods.

  • How do I exchange my vesgantti products?

    If you're still within your 100-Night Sleep Trial and purchased directly through vesgantti.co.uk, you do have the ability to exchange for a new product. Send us a email at vesganttiuk@gmail.com so we can walk you through the process. We'll place your new order over the email, charge the difference in cost between the two items (or refund the difference accordingly), and walk you through the steps for the return of the original product or we’ll help you get it donated to a local charity or non-profit organization.   • Can I specify a delivery date?

    Since UPS/Hermes/Tuffnells/Yodel/DPD are the third parties, we're unable to 100% guarantee that your order will be delivered on a specific date—occasionally a weather or operational delay could impact your delivery by a day or so. We recommend keeping a close eye on your order's tracking numbers. That said, you can rest assured we'll do everything in our power to target your delivery date. To get started on submitting your request, please reach out to our Product Consultants to place your order by emailing to vesganttiuk@gmail.com. They will make a note in our system so that your order arrives no earlier than you need it! As soon as your order ships out, we'll send over a shipping confirmation email with tracking number(s) you can use to follow the progress of your package.

  • How do I unbox my mattress?

    Position your mattress on top of your bed frame and find the ends of the plastic wrap stuck to the side of the roll. Pull on the end of the plastic until the mattress is completely unrolled. Roll the mattress out so that it's flat, then pull off the remaining plastic. The mattress will begin expanding immediately, and you’re done. Please note, the mattress will look smaller than normal size until you remove the plastic.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    For standard shipping, delivery times will vary. You can usually expect delivery of your ordered items within 3-5 business days by UPS/Hermes/Yodel/Tuffnells/DPD, with delivery Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All items ship separately. You will receive a tracking email for each item as it ships out. Please note that orders may take longer to process during or shortly after major holidays or promotional periods. This may mean shipping times will be extended beyond what's listed above

  • Will all of my items ship together?

    All items ship separately. You will receive a tracking email for each item as it ships out.

  • I don't see any updates on my tracking information. What's going on?

    No worries! We're here to help. If your tracking information still shows that your order has been processed and is 'Ready for UPS' or "Lable Created", it likely means that your package just missed the initial scan as it was loaded onto their truck. Not to worry though—you can rest assured that this is fairly normal for UPS shipments. Because packages shipped by UPS have to be manually sorted and accounted for along their journey, sometimes tracking information may take a few days to “catch up” to a package's actual location. More often than not, it's confirmedly en route and will update within 1 - 2 business days of your originally anticipated arrival date.   • Do you deliver on Saturday or Sunday?

    UPS/Hermes/tuffnell/DPD/Yodel will occasionally deliver on packages on Saturdays. In order to get your order on Saturday or Sunday, we recommend having your packages delivered to a UPS store or friend's house ahead of the weekend, where you can pick up your packages at your own convenience.   • My product arrived defective or damaged. What should I do?

    We're so sorry to hear that your product arrived in less than perfect condition! We'd love to help you resolve this issue right away with the help of our Quality Assurance team. They'll need to know a bit of information on your order as well as the issue you're experiencing with your product.   • How do I track my order?

    To track your package, simply locate your shipping confirmation email and click on the tracking number.
